To go to Northern Quest Casino from Spokane International Airport:

Start out going WEST on W. Airport Dr. toward S. Spotted Rd. Turn RIGHT onto S. Spotted Rd. Turn LEFT onto US-2 / W. Sunset Hwy. Turn RIGHT onto S. Hayford Rd.  Casino is near intersection of Sprague and Hayford.
